Do you allow lay-bys ?
Yes. We offer a convenient lay-by payment plan of 2 months with a 50% deposit required to secure your order.
Once your deposit is made, the remaining balance can be paid within 60 days.
Your order will be released once the full payment is complete.
Do you have HD lace wigs ?
Our units come standard with Swiss Transparent Lace for a natural, long-lasting finish.
If you prefer HD Lace, you can request it as a pre-order option.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for custom processing and delivery.
What’s the difference between Swiss Lace and HD Lace ?
HD Lace
- Ultra-thin and melts seamlessly into the skin.
- Very delicate and can tear easily, so it requires gentle handling.
- Has a shorter lifespan because the lace frays at the ends after repeated installations.
- Ideal for special occasions or light use rather than everyday wear.
Transparent / Swiss Lace
- Slightly thicker and more durable for daily wear.
- Blends naturally with melting spray and makeup powder.
- Melts beautifully into the scalp for a natural look.
- Perfect for everyday styling as it handles more heat, styling, and re-installs.
Do you have a physical store ?
At Luna Hair we are working timelessly to offer our clients and in-person experience. Currently we are online based for all orders and appointments.
Is there shipping restrictions ?
We ship locally and internationally. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the import of certain hair products or materials. Also shipping to some countries may cost more than the fixed cost during checkout. If that's the case with your country, we will notify you of the balance. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred on international orders.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery when placing your order.
