DEPOSITS (WHERE APPLICABLE) ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: EFT, CARD.

STANDARD PROCESSING TIME IS 1–5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING/COLLECTION.

CUSTOM UNITS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME (YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WE OFFER STANDARD/EXPRESS COURIER SERVICES NATIONWIDE (AND INTERNATIONAL ON REQUEST).

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES ARE OVERNIGHT AFTER DISPATCH (LOCATION DEPENDENT).

A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE THE PARCEL HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR COURIER DELAYS, DAMAGES, OR LOST PARCELS ONCE THE

PACKAGE HAS BEEN HANDED OVER.

PLEASE NOTE OUR COLLECTION OPTIONS:

• YOU MAY COLLECT FROM THE COURIER GUY BEDFORDVIEW KIOSK AT A FEE OF R150 THE SAME

DAY YOUR HAIR IS READY.

• YOU MAY MAKE USE OF OUR TRUSTED PERSONAL LUNA HAIR DELIVERY DRIVER WHO WILL DELIVER DIRECTLY TO AN ADDRESS OF YOUR CHOICE THE SAME DAY WHEN YOUR HAIR IS READY.

• PROCESSING TAKES 1–5 DAYS TO PROCESS AND OVERNIGHT DELIVERY WILL THEN BE DONE.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

• WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR HAIR, PROVIDED THAT:

• THE WIG HAS NOT BEEN WORN.

• THE LACE HAS NOT BEEN CUT.

• THE WIG HAS NOT BEEN WASHED OR STYLED.

• NO PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO THE HAIR.

IF YOUR RETURN MEETS THESE CONDITIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY TO ARRANGE THE RETURN PROCESS.

WIG CUSTOMISATION

ONCE A WIG/UNIT HAS BEEN CUSTOMISED (BLEACHED KNOTS, PLUCKED HAIRLINE, CUT, STYLED, OR

COLOURED), IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING LENGTH, TEXTURE, AND CAP SIZE BEFORE

CUSTOMISATION.

LUNA HAIR IS NOT LIABLE FOR DISSATISFACTION RESULTING FROM INCORRECT CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS ONCE THE WIG HAS BEEN CUSTOMISED.
