Priority processing and delivery

For priority processing and delivery, your order will be processed and ready for collection or delivery within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your location.

• Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed and dispatched for delivery/collection the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the next day and prepared for dispatch and delivery/collection. 

Kindly note: All priority orders incur an additional fee of R500, which covers expedited processing and prioritized handling. This ensures your order is prepared and dispatched in the shortest possible time, while maintaining our quality standards.

Kindly note that priority orders may be affected by external delays, you will be notified should this be the case.
